Purchases
When you order or purchase an Your Canadian Florist product including through
our website, you may be required to give us contact information, including
your home address, phone number and email address, and payment information
(such as credit card information) so we may process your order and for
billing and delivery, customer service and warranty purposes. When you
pay for an Your Canadian Florist product using a credit card, we use your
credit card information only to fulfill your order and for other internal
purposes.
Purchase verification policy
Please note that Your Canadian Florist may at any time request to verify
your purchases, against your receipt, including examining your parcels
and bags. Consent to such a possibility is implied when any said customer
chooses to use any checkout at Your Canadian Florist. Your Canadian Florist
may rely on computer and/or employee generated random checks for selection.

Credit Card Signature Required
All credit cards used for purchase at Your Canadian Florist that do not
have chip and pin technology must be signed with a valid signature in
the signature panel by the cardholder. Your Canadian Florist reserves the
right to refuse any purchase made with an unsigned or invalidly signed
credit card. Invalidly signed credit cards include: an unreadable signature
due to wear, a blank signature line, writing “See ID” or “See my ID”
instead of a valid signature in the signature panel.
